Behavioural and Education

Behavioural support is more than just changing a person’s behaviours, it’s about finding what works best to give each person the opportunities to better understand and manage their mental health diagnoses and symptoms, utilise their own skills, build on their strengths, and identify areas of growth.

Our behaviour support includes assessment of behaviours of concern, engagement with key stakeholders (e.g., the participant, family members, allied health professionals), and conducting observations and utilising data collection. An individual Behaviour Support Plan will be developed with which we can then provide training to those working with the individual on how to best implement the plan, so the approach is consistent and valuable.
