Within our person-centred approach, we work with each person’s unique strengths, values and goals to deliver flexible, individualised support.
Our staff works together with the people we support to determine which daily living tasks require support, and what level of support is required. These daily living tasks may include showering, personal care matters, meal times, and other household tasks. We are able to visit people at their homes and support them with the necessary care at a time that suits them.
We also help people to develop skills by building capacity to undertake life goals such as living independently, making friends, engaging with the community, improving decision-making, and developing planning and budgeting skills.
