Individualised Living Options (ILO) is a support that gives you the control to choose the home you live in and set up supports in a way that works for your needs. An ILO package contains the supports that can help you live the way you and to in the home you have selected, however it does not cover the home itself. When assessing eligibility, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will consider individual preferences, strengths, assets, support requirements, informal and community supports.
Broadmeadow Property, established in 2020. This innovative space has been designed with skill-building at its heart. Comprising of three bedrooms, including a staff room for daily routines and supports on site as required, its primary objective is to empower participants to hone their living skills in a compact setting. The ultimate goal is to transition participants towards more pronounced independence in their future permanent homes. To bolster their skillset and instil a sense of autonomy, the neighbouring staff offer daily check-ins and housing management.

Brunker Property operates under the ILO support model. This property features four distinct self-contained units within a more extensive accommodation. It’s an ideal choice for participants with chronic health challenges or limited mobility and cognitive functioning. Yet, it caters to those who aspire to maintain as much independence as possible. A team of well-trained staff provides daily support, with additional overnight assistance available on-site.

Gosford Property offers a nurturing environment tailored to support participants with complex needs. This accommodation is adept at managing individuals with diverse support requirements such as overcoming challenges related to incarceration and substance use.”. Terrace Property is our visionary project, presently under development. This model can accommodate up to six residents, divided between two separate living spaces, each equipped with its own bathrooms and kitchens. Education and employment form the cornerstone of its philosophy. Located a stone’s throw away from the local TAFE and University HUB, Tighes promises to be an amazing opportunity for those eager to further refine their independence and autonomy.
