- As Rosters Manager, Amber is responsible for developing and managing the rostering of staff to ensure that resourcing meets the individual participant’s demand and needs for high-quality matched supports. Amber has frequent contact with Participants, their families, and stakeholders and displays an exceptional ability to meet deadlines, and handle high volumes of competing priorities whilst displaying accuracy, discretion, and integrity. Amber has extensive experience working within non-profit organisations with a strong administration focus.
