Supports Provided:
- Amy is often the first point of contact for new participants and their families and plays a central role in the day-to-day management of services at Muru Pathways. With over five years’ experience in the NDIS sector, she oversees operational processes and ensures compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
- She manages participant budgets, funding utilisation, and service coordination across PRODA, PACE, and Plan Managed systems, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and responsibly.
- Amy works closely with participants, families, and support workers to ensure supports are consistent, practical, and aligned with individual goals making sure both participants and staff feel supported, informed, and comfortable as part of the Muru Pathways community.
